Product Introduction

The principle of the titration method: The online alkalinity monitoring instrument is based on the acid-base titration method. This instrument uses a precise sampling system to introduce the water sample to be tested into the reaction unit. The water sample reacts with a specific acid standard solution. As the titrant is added drop by drop, the alkaline components in the sample are gradually neutralized, and the color of the reaction solution also changes. When the color change reaches the preset endpoint, it is considered that the alkaline substances in the sample have been completely consumed. At this point, the instrument calculates the alkalinity value of the water sample based on the titrant consumption and reaction conditions.
