According to the national standard GB/T6909-2008 for calcium hard determination, advanced and precise quantification devices, multi-channel solenoid valves, powerful and stable PLC controllers, and independently developed optical endpoint detection detectors have been used to achieve fully automated calcium water quality testing. The equipment automatically quantifies the sample, and through a precision metering device, adds reagents to the measurement tank for titration. The reagents react with calcium ions in the sample, causing changes in the color of the solution. Optical sensors are used to detect color intensity and determine the endpoint of color changes. Based on the consumed reagent, the concentration of calcium ions in the water sample can be determined, thereby determining the calcium hardness of the water quality.
