The principle of the titration method: The online monitoring device for volatile phenols in water is based on the titration process in chemical reactions. This equipment first filters the water sample through a pretreatment system, adjusting temperature and pH to ensure measurement accuracy. Subsequently, the water sample is introduced into the reaction chamber and reacts with specific chemical agents (such as bromine or chlorine), which quantitatively react with volatile phenols, converting them into titratable forms. During titration, the endpoint of the reaction is achieved through a precise titration device, which is the change in solution color. Based on the volume of standard solution consumed and the known concentration, combined with chemical reaction equations, the concentration of volatile phenols in the water sample can be calculated.
