Fluorescence method dissolved oxygen electrode

Measurement principle 

The sensor cover at the front end of the electrode is covered with a layer of fluorescent material. Blue light emitted by the LED light source shines on the phosphorescent material, which excites the phosphorescent material and emits red light; Since oxygen molecules can carry away energy (quenching effect), the time and intensity of red light excitation are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules. Using a red light source synchronized with blue light as the reference, the phase difference between the excited red light and the reference light is measured, and internal calibration values are compared to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules. After some processing, dissolved oxygen is output.

Measurement of dissolved oxygen in urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment plants, aeration tanks, aerobic/anaerobic digestion tanks, and plant water, also suitable for measuring dissolved oxygen in various water bodies such as aquaculture.
