1. Project Background

As a key enterprise in the energy sector, Guoneng's Shandong power plant places extremely high demands on the stability and efficiency of its circulating water system in its production operations. The plant's circulating water system features large circulation volumes and uses seawater for make-up water. The high chloride ion content and volatility in seawater pose significant challenges to circulating water treatment. Traditional dosing methods struggle to accurately address complex and variable water quality conditions, often leading to overdosing or underdosing, which not only increases operating costs but may also affect normal equipment operation and shorten equipment lifespan.
