· Customized intelligent meter supply: Based on customer process requirements, we provide specialized instruments for environmental water quality, soda parameters, circulating water dosing control, and more, supporting 4G/5G remote data transmission and real-time monitoring via APP.

3. Customized instrument supply
Sewage Treatment Instruments: Provides online monitoring instruments for key parameters such as ammonia nitrogen, COD, BOD, SS, as well as pH meters, dissolved oxygen meters, sludge concentration meters, etc., meeting water quality monitoring needs during wastewater treatment processes.
Online Circulating Water Monitoring Instruments: Based on the characteristics of circulating water systems, we provide online monitoring instruments for hardness, alkalinity, chloride ions, conductivity, and other parameters, helping customers achieve precise management of circulating water.

Regular inspection and calibration: Develop detailed inspection and calibration plans based on instrument type and usage environment. Inspection items include instrument power supply stability, system operating status, water flow smoothness, sensor fixed status, and equipment alarm status; Calibration is carried out according to the product manual to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrument data.
Fault Early Warning and Rapid Response: Real-time monitoring of instrument operating status through remote monitoring systems to detect potential faults in advance. Provide 24×7 emergency response services to ensure faults are handled promptly and reduce unplanned downtime.
Spare parts management and replacement: Establish a comprehensive spare parts inventory management system to ensure timely supply of key parts. For consumable parts, such as electrodes for electromagnetic flowmeters and probes for temperature sensors, prepare spare parts in advance to reduce downtime caused by spare parts shortages.

Remote control and configuration: Supports remote viewing of instrument data and adjusting parameter configurations to improve operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce on-site maintenance costs. Customers can manage their instruments anytime, anywhere via mobile app or computer software.
Report Generation and Export: Automatically generates operation and maintenance reports, supporting export in multiple formats to facilitate customer archiving and sharing. The report includes instrument operation data, fault records, maintenance recommendations, and more, providing a basis for customers to optimize their production processes.
6. Special maintenance services for thermal control instruments
Flowmeter maintenance: Regularly check whether all connection points of the electromagnetic flowmeter are normal and whether the fixing is secure; Check whether the medium solution inside the measuring tube is filled to avoid excessive bubbles that could cause measurement errors; Manually clean and run the scraper once a year to remove dirt from the electrode surface. For other types of flow meters, such as vortex flow meters and turbine flow meters, corresponding maintenance services are also provided.
Temperature sensor maintenance: Check whether there is water inside the thermometer's protective tube or metal shavings or dust inside the junction box; Check whether the instrument system has poor contact, wires that seem broken but not broken, or seem connected but not connected; Check for any areas that are not fully grounded. For thermocouple thermometers, check for moisture inside or electrode leakage; Check whether there are any short circuits in the junction box; Check whether the compensation wires have short circuits or reverse polarity.
Pressure sensor maintenance: Perform regular drainage work to prevent dust, oil scale, and fine particles from the measurement medium from depositing inside the pressure guide tube, which could affect measurement accuracy. For transmitters measuring gas pressure, compressed air is used to regularly purge the pressure tube. When operating the differential pressure transmitter, strictly follow the open/close procedure of the three-valve group to prevent damage from unidirectional overpressure to the transmitter sensor.
