Boiler boiler water dosing is generally conducted by laboratory personnel after on-site sampling and analysis, followed by manual control. It is impossible to monitor water quality changes in real time, resulting in reduced boiler and turbine efficiency, scaling or corrosion of heat exchange tubes and turbine blades, and in severe cases, pipe bursts and other accidents, causing prolonged shutdowns of main equipment. After long-term experimental research, online monitoring instruments are used to monitor boiler water quality, accurately dosing and discharging based on boiler water quality, ensuring optimal boiler water quality and improving equipment operating efficiency.

System composition
Sampling system: The sampling system continuously and automatically samples boiler system water, steam, feedwater, condensate, softened water, and other components. The sampling system treats water samples with constant temperature, constant flow, constant pressure, and filtration.
Online monitoring instruments
After water samples are processed by the sampling system, the online instrument automatically samples and monitors water quality. According to customer requirements, data such as hardness, alkalinity, phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium ions, conductivity, pH, chloride, dissolved oxygen, hydrazine, turbidity, and other data can be monitored online and uploaded to the control room.
Control system
Based on online instrument monitoring data, the system automatically controls dosing time and boiler discharge volume, achieving automatic dosing and sewage discharge of boiler water, ensuring optimal boiler water quality.
